Himalayan 100 .. Stage 4 completed , I’m now out of the mountains and into the Jungle stages , today I ran through a growling thunderstorm , following a super steep descent which saw me lose the path and crash into the undergrowth , to an amazing river where I followed it until I had to climb nearly 5,000 feet in 6 miles before finishing tired and wet … Only 17 miles to run tomorrow and it’s all over ….
